The German-language InterRAI HC basic course is delivered online via Zoom and is designed for Spitex organisations, independent nurses and other healthcare professionals.
The training consists of three sessions. A certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of the course.

• Stages of the care process using InterRAI HC
• History and key concepts of the InterRAI HC philosophy
• The different InterRAI HC instruments
• “DBR” and “discharge” forms
• InterRAI HC Switzerland manual
• Coding rules
• Familiarisation with the CAPs manual
• Practical exercises in completing InterRAI HC documents
• Development of CAPs and scales
• Transfer of the InterRAI HC assessment into care planning
• Integration of NANDA-I diagnoses
• Legal basis: Articles 7 and 8 KLV
• Administrative agreement and service catalogue
• Development of a service catalogue and a medical order
• Topics related to InterRAI HC Switzerland: HomeCareData, statistics and data protection
Participation and choice of dates
The course is limited to a maximum of 16 participants.
If attendance on one of the scheduled dates is not possible, an alternative date from another course edition may be requested by email, subject to availability.
