The “InterRAI HC” online course in Italian is designed for healthcare professionals. The training consists of 3 sessions via Zoom and includes a certificate of participation.

-History and key aspects of the InterRAI HC philosophy
- Various InterRAI HC tools
-“DBR” and “Discharge” forms
-InterRAI HC Handbook for Switzerland
-Coding rules
- Familiarity with the CAP Manual
- Exercises on how to complete InterRAI HC documents
-Creating CAPs and scales
-Transfer of the InterRAI HC assessment and the care plan
-Incorporation of NANDA-I diagnoses
-Legal basis pursuant to Art. 7 and 8 Opre
-Administrative contract and service catalog
-Creation of a service catalog and a medical mandate
-Topics related to InterRAI HC Switzerland (HomeCareData, statistics, data protection)
