The InterRAI HC basic course is delivered online via Zoom and is designed for Spitex organisations, independent nurses and healthcare professionals.
The training consists of three sessions. A certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of the course.
Course content
• Stages of the care process using InterRAI HC
• History and key concepts of the InterRAI HC philosophy
• The different InterRAI HC instruments
• “DBR” and “discharge” forms
• InterRAI HC Switzerland manual
• Coding rules
• Familiarisation with the CAPs manual
• Practical exercises in completing InterRAI HC documents
• Development of CAPs and scales
• Transfer of the InterRAI HC assessment into care planning
• Integration of NANDA-I diagnoses
• Legal basis: Articles 7 and 8 OPre
• Administrative agreement and service catalogue
• Development of a service catalogue and a medical order
• Topics related to InterRAI HC Switzerland: HomeCareData, statistics and data protection
Participation and choice of dates
The course is limited to a maximum of 16 participants.
If attendance on one of the scheduled dates is not possible, an alternative date from the other course edition may be requested by email, subject to availability.
